Charlotte Greenman of Accredited Marketing asked me to take photographs that she could use to showcase her business online and in print. A combination of images of workshop presentations and client meetings that she could use to help keep her marketing fresh.
Charlotte has created and presents a series of Client Creation Mastermind workshops to help businesses create strategies to promote themselves and capture leads. I’ve been attending the Mastermind workshop Charlotte is giving in Hereford, and I captured the first set of images above while she was engaging with another one of the attendees.
That set of photographs was entirely shot in natural light from the surrounding ground floor windows, which gave a soft, even light without harsh shadows – perfect conditions for event/workshop photography.
The second set of photographs was taken at the offices of one of Charlotte’s clients, Ben Jones of Bijur Delimon (Denco Lubrication) in Hereford, at the start of a meeting. The room had limited natural light from one side only, so I set up a soft light to counter the shadows caused by the light from the windows and was able to capture Charlotte and Ben in natural conversation.
A few days later I took photographs for Charlotte when she gave her seminar on client creation at the Hereford Means Business Ross on Wye Business Expo. This room also had good natural light from a long strip of windows in the room, so no flash or additional lighting was needed that would distract Charlotte or the people at the seminar.
Charlotte has been very pleased with the photographs I’ve provided for her, and she’s used some on Twitter and they’ve appeared in the Ross Gazette in articles about her seminar at the Expo.
These were all enjoyable photo shoots that gave Accredited Marketing great photographs that can be used to showcase the company online and in print.
