The International Space Station Moon transit in May 2020 as photographed from Ledbury, Herefordshire. This single image shows the ISS in its orbit around the Earth moving about 28,000km/h and more than 500km distant as it appeared to pass in front of the Moon. The transit was visible in a strip less than 6km wide – outside of that strip the ISS would have appeared to miss the moon. My home was almost exactly in the middle of that visibility strip.
